I had an unplanned but non-emergency c-section seven weeks ago. I had some incision pain obviously for several weeks after the surgery but on the whole it was fine.

Hey folks anyone else had a significant stitches pull 14 weeks post c-section. Significant meaning I am still in significant pain 20hrs later, hurting to walk, feel it when breathing, hurts to lift the new baby (let alone the toddler who is on crawl duty today) and so on.  I've had a normal easy recovery until now. My baby boy has been in the frank breech presentation since about 30 weeks.  We have tried sooo many things to get him to move (spinning babies, time in the pool every day, chiro adjustment etc etc) and it's just not happening.  I am now 37 weeks.  I had scheduled an ECV for last Thursday, they do an ultrasound beforehand to see if you're a good ( Read more... )

I'm 39w1d. I just had a dr's appointment that showed I'm not dilated at all, and baby is transverse and also measuring at 9lbs 6oz (the doctor did say there's a margin of error and he could be smaller than that). I had an emergency c-section on the morning of July 28th. The outer incision is vertical, and the uterine incision is horizontal.
